Erasmus Days 2023 shall be held from 9 to 14 October 2023. Erasmus + National Agencies, i.e. IKY (State Scholarship Foundation) and INEDIVIM (Youth and Lifelong Learning Foundation), support for one more year all of you implementing Erasmus+ projects, so that you may participate in and contribute to the visibility of both the Erasmus+ Programme and of your approved projects.

What are Erasmus Days
This year’s Erasmus Days aim to highlight Europe’s cultural diversity and the many learning opportunities it offers.
The Erasmus Days are activities organized by you, which serve as the vehicle for celebrating the Erasmus+ Programme and European mobility. The Erasmus Days are the activities organized by all of you implementing or taking part in approved projects. This edition seeks to promote European values, the advantages of mobility and of participating in an approved project, as well as the results of your projects.
Erasmus Days are an initiative launched in 2017, which is being held since then. This year, Erasmus Days will last longer and will extend over a period of 6 consecutive days. Erasmus Days are an opportunity to reshape and strengthen everyone’s confidence in Erasmus+ Programme.
What is their content
Erasmus Days 2023 are under the theme “6 days to make Europe shine!”
Erasmus Days 2023 aim to promote the Erasmus+ Programme and the approved projects, as well as to showcase bodies implementing or having implemented projects.
You are free to choose the type and the nature of the event you wish. You may organize your events based on the capabilities of your body, the objectives of your project, the needs of those participating in the project, while you may let your imagination free!
You can implement the following activities:
- Concerts, festivals, projection of films
- Conferences, presentations, round tables
- Meetings, exhibitions
- Online conferences, webinars, Facebook live
- Testimonials, meetings, open workshops
- Any other type of event.
Ways to implement an activity
You can organize face-to-face, online and hybrid activities, if possible, and utilize every available medium.
How you can participate
The procedure to participate in Erasmus Days 2023 is really simple. It takes only 3 steps:
- Organize an event to disseminate the impact of your approved project or the experience of the beneficiaries. If you are already planning an event, #ErasmusDays are the ideal opportunity to ensure its maximum visibility.
- Register your event on #ErasmusDays websiteand download the digital communication kit.
- Communicate your event to the wider public, policy makers, decision makers, the media and social media.
